Carroll County deserves a world-class education system. This means early childhood supports, rigorous curriculum, equitable resource allocation, comprehensive career and technical education, and a professional workforce. All students should benefit from this regardless of zipcode.
Healthy communities provide adequate housing and nutrition, and spaces for recreation. The community conduct needs assessments for citizens, implement evidence-based interventions, and work to establish partnerships and coalitions so all residents have access to appropriate services.
While Carroll County is consistently ranked as one of the safest jurisdictions in the state, we can all work together to improve. Our police, fire, and EMS services are top-notch. Let's make sure they are funded so we can keep things that way.
